5. User content

You retain ownership of the files, code, text, images and other content you upload to DropDeploy ("User Content"), subject to the rights you grant below.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use DropDeploy:

7. Customer responsibility for hosted sites

If you publish a website through DropDeploy, you are responsible for:

Where DropDeploy itself provides or injects platform-level functionality, we remain responsible for our own processing and service behavior as described in our privacy documentation and product materials.

This may include platform-level audience measurement or operational analytics used to run and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Password-protected sites

DropDeploy may allow you to restrict access to certain hosted sites with password protection. You are responsible for deciding whether password protection is appropriate for your use case and for managing access to protected content.

Password protection is a convenience feature and not a guarantee that content is suitable for storing highly sensitive, regulated or mission-critical information.

9. Billing and subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription.

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

You may stop using the service at any time. Deleting your identity removes your personal data and all account memberships. If you are the sole administrator of an account at the time of identity deletion, that account and its data will also be deleted.

Termination or suspension does not limit any rights or remedies that accrued before the effective date of termination.
