You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- operate and provide the service
- secure, maintain and improve the service
- back up, cache and transmit content
- comply with law or enforce these Terms
You represent and warrant that:
- you have all rights, permissions and legal bases required to upload and publish the User Content

7. Customer responsibility for hosted sites
If you publish a website through DropDeploy, you are responsible for:
- the content of that site
- ensuring the site complies with applicable law
- any notices, consents or policies required for your site content and any third-party technologies you choose to include
- obtaining any permissions required for personal data, cookies or other tracking technologies used by your site
Where DropDeploy itself provides or injects platform-level functionality, we remain responsible for our own processing and service behavior as described in our privacy documentation and product materials.
This may include platform-level audience measurement or operational analytics used to run and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Password-protected sites
DropDeploy may allow you to restrict access to certain hosted sites with password protection. You are responsible for deciding whether password protection is appropriate for your use case and for managing access to protected content.
Password protection is a convenience feature and not a guarantee that content is suitable for storing highly sensitive, regulated or mission-critical information.
9. Billing and subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription.
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- billing may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider we designate
- plan features, limits and pricing may be described on our pricing page or in an order form
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing terms
- taxes may apply unless stated otherwise
We may change pricing, packaging or features prospectively. Where required, we will provide notice before material pricing changes take effect.
If a payment fails or a subscription ends, we may downgrade, suspend or limit access to paid features in accordance with the applicable plan rules.
10. Availability and support
We aim to operate DropDeploy with reasonable care and skill, but unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:
- the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose
- we may perform maintenance, security updates, emergency changes or service modifications at any time
Any support arrangements are as described on our website or in a separate agreement.
11. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in DropDeploy, including the software, branding, design, documentation and other materials we provide, other than User Content.
Except as expressly permitted by law or these Terms, you must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense or create derivative works from DropDeploy.
12. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we process personal data and use cookies or similar technologies. By using DropDeploy, you acknowledge that such processing will occur in accordance with those documents and applicable law.

- we are required to do so by law
- your use creates security, legal or operational risk
- payment is overdue
- we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud or unauthorized activity
You may stop using the service at any time. You may leave an account, delete an account you administer, or permanently delete your user identity and personal data through the self-service tools in the dashboard or by contacting us. Deleting your identity removes your personal data and all account memberships. If you are the sole administrator of an account at the time of identity deletion, that account and its data will also be deleted.
Termination or suspension does not limit any rights or remedies that accrued before the effective date of termination.
